The role involves watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
