Plant operator — Redcar and Cleveland

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Redcar and Cleveland, England. You will report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery 6+ years on the tools preferred.
