Rigger — Owsley County

Join our team: we are hiring a rigger in Owsley County, Kentucky. You will be based in a steel fabrication yard. You will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; read lift plans and method statements before starting; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
