Urgent requirement: rigger (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigger in Saint Lucie County, Florida. You will be based at a power plant. Day to day you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Part-time with flexible hours.
