Bakery assistant wanted in Washington County

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Washington County, Maryland. You will work at a cake shop. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
