Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in White Pine County, Nevada. Day-to-day duties: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts Requirements: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
