Urgent requirement: machine setter-operator (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in City of Hampton, Virginia. You will work on a production line. The role involves set up and start the machine as per the job card; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift. What we are looking for: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
