Deboner — Ripley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Ripley County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
