Join our team: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Clay County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently The role involves: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
