UPVC welding machine operator wanted in Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Jefferson County, Kentucky. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. Requirements: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors The role involves glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
