Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Part-time with flexible hours.
