Line cook — Spink County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Spink County, South Dakota. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
