Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a tool room. On a typical shift you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54). Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
