Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Iosco County, Michigan. You will work in a residential tower block. You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways The role involves: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments Part-time with flexible hours.
