Immediate opening: deboner (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Leon County, Texas. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
