Baker — Polk County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Polk County, Florida. The job is at a busy bakery. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Rotating shifts.
