Dough maker — White County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in White County, Indiana. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 1+ years on the tools preferred.
