Dough maker wanted in Butler County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Butler County, Iowa. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Six days a week, one day off.
