Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Day to day you will check walls for plumb and level as you go; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work.
