Restoration bricklayer wanted in Cumberland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Cumberland County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
