Finishing plasterer • Wabash County, Illinois

Join our team: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Wabash County, Illinois. You will be based in a refurbishment property. On the job you will handle: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • CSCS card or willing to obtain one Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
