Vacancy available: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Henry County, Alabama. The job is on a commercial building project. Requirements: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio On a typical shift you will hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker.
