Paint and prep technician — Dodge County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Dodge County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. The role involves: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Rotating shifts.
