Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Aguata, Anambra State. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer ₦235,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
