Join our team: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Oxfordshire, England. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings The role involves sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. £2,450 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
