Auto painter wanted in Hamilton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto painter in Hamilton County, Iowa. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Day-to-day duties: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $9,750 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
