We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kogi, Kogi State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
