You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Pay around ₦165,000 per month, based on your experience.
