Vacancy available: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Biu, Borno State. The job is at a cold storage facility. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing You will lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations.
