HGV driver — Numan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HGV driver in Numan, Adamawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid digital tachograph card Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
