Grill cook • Kirfi, Bauchi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Kirfi, Bauchi State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
