We are recruiting: scullery hand (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Leelanau County, Michigan. You will work in a catering unit. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 2+ years on the tools preferred.
