Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
