The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Rotating shifts. £6,400 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
