We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel beater in Portage County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy body shop. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Performance bonus on top of base pay.
