Captain waiter — Sullivan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Sullivan County, Tennessee. The job is at a beach resort. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
