Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Chelan County, Washington. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Six days a week, one day off.
