Head butcher — Morton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Morton County, North Dakota. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
