Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Demsa, Adamawa State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
