Gas installation technician — Perry County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Perry County, Arkansas. You will be based on commercial and industrial sites. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Your main tasks: • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
