Surface coating operator — Costilla County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Costilla County, Colorado. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Rotating shifts.
