Head baker wanted in Ritchie County

You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
