CNC mill setter-operator — Shawnee County

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Shawnee County, Kansas. You will work at a busy machine shop. You will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts.
