Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel The role involves: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
