Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Bollinger County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
