We are recruiting: blocklayer (Arizona)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a blocklayer in Yavapai County, Arizona. You will work at a residential building site. The role involves: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser What we are looking for: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Meals and transport allowance provided.
