Join our team: grill cook (Washington)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Snohomish County, Washington. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
