Steward — Saratoga County

Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Saratoga County, New York. You will be based at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Rotating shifts.
