Cold store insulation technician • Logan County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Logan County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing You will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
