Join our team: surface coating operator (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a powder coating unit. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
